Are Gods Unimportant?

I suppose it doesn't matter

if there is crying or laughter

These minor gods all have their cults

expecting tremendous results

The gods i am conscious of

are the important gods like love

After all, gods are just concepts

which not everyone accepts

My gods are important to me

in my search for divinity

I suspect you have one or two

who may seem important to you

I talk to mine–they are my guides

Important? Each one of us decides
