If You See A Rabbit,Grab It

To reach new depths of perception

thru disassociation from reason

allows unvarnished emotion

to prevail in a sea of doubt.

Is this what poetry is about,

to deliberately escape from logic?

Some poets have managed quite well

if they have a story to tell.

Lewis Carroll managed to do

exactly what he wanted to;

allowing us to lose our mind

while leaving pretensions behind..

We became like a little child,

and all the time the rabbit smiled.
