I Thought -Now I Know

When gods have invested in love

they are paid in dividends of

world peace and camaraderie

for the rest of etenity

Change exists as evolution

and offers us a solution

as well as secure permanence

based on a solid evidence

We never have to hold our breath

in fear of something we call death

for the soul does not ever die

something on which we can rely

Those who know our spirits exist

know our bodies will not be missed
