Ideas Are Eternal

If the world should end right now

would that be the end of the tao?

Things like natural laws

can never stop, or even pause.

Intangible means forever.

How can we describe it better?

And that is why eternity

seems so believable to me.

But we do have evolution,

which offers us a solution

why things will go away

while intangible thoughts stay.

Intangible, or how we feel,

aint imaginary, but real.

Take apostrophe out of aint

is my immediate complaint.

For it is past time to evolve.

What does the apostrophe solve?

It's is easy to understand

since it's been carefully planned

Its would simply be possessive.

Apostrophe aint excessive.
