What Kind of Love?

If same sex marriage was legal

could a hawk marry an eagle?

If they are living together,

are they just birds of a feather?

Is it only about sex?

Nothing could be more complex.

If about equality,

both the partners must agree.

What we are wondering here

is whether partners are queer.

What we should be conscious of

is whether they are in love.

Any kind of love may be

acceptable comfortably.
