I am Often Asked

Who is my favorite poet?

I must admit i don‘t know it.

The ones i like are so many,

i don’t want to leave out any.

I like poets who may rhyme

not all but most of the time.

Poets who philosophize

are often, but not always, wise.

Those who consider life fun

might be the funniest one.

But, my favorite one is me.

At least, i want it to be.

It may be easier to choose

while reading poetry reviews.
