Hard Love or Criticism

Does God love us all so much

criticism is out of touch?

We get more than we deserve

because we’re graded on a curve.

We have a freedom of mind

if anyone is so inclined.

I don’t love God for what it does

but because it is and was.

We also have eternity.

It’s a bond with God and me.

Love can be reciprocated.

You might say, “it’s automated.”

Critics, on the other hand,

are not that much in demand.
