Appropriating or Stealing?

Why am i compelled to write

a new poem every night?

I walk through the Akashic Field

where aphorisms are revealed.

Wise or brief phrases seem to be

left, to be discovered by me.

I think they are worth repeating

at our next poetry meeting.

When highlighting pens come out,

Others do the same, without doubt.

I sometimes have a strange feeling

that this is a kind of stealing.

I’ll give credit to whoever

first put these phrases together.
