A Stroll Through the Soul
To walk for a little while;
perhaps not even a mile,
is a little exercise
and less than i would advise.
If such a walk makes you sore,
then, don’t do it any more.
Just relax and meditate.
Don’t worry about your weight.
To thyself be very kind;
just exercising your mind.
That doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
Anything else is crazy.
This is only to advise
what you ought to exercise.
