Spirit: Fulcrum of My Soul

Only when our body dies

does the full spirit arise.

Until then the spirit hides

with the body on both sides.

Fulcrum is an equal sign

in this equation of mine.

The fulcrum will always be

the balancing point for me.

All our mysteries are solved

when our spirit has evolved.

We know our bodies will end

but we see around the bend

Our spirits are being born

as Gabriel blows his horn.
