The Courage to be Good

Being good to your enemy

is the way all of us should be.

Not because it,’s what Jesus said

in the bibles which we have read.

But because it’s the symptom of

the very greatest form of love.

It’s easy to love good people

gathered under a church steeple.

In order to love the real bad

a lot of courage must be had.

Sometimes we may be afraid

of the enemies we have made.

You won’t have any fear

if no enemies appear.
