Real but Indifferent
What a spirit means to me
is nothing, physically.
It is idea and ideal
and yet, it is very real.
I think of God as spirit
which i love, and i don’t fear it.
All rewards and punishments
are only human events.
Justice and humility
are traits of morality.
Spirits are indifferent;
not involved in punishment.
Spirits are not judging me;
now, or in eternity.
