Purpose or Meaning

Is there a meaning for life

of which we are unaware?

Or, are meanings so rife

that nobody seems to care?

In our cosmic consciousness

meanings are everywhere.

But, in our inner conscience

there may be no purpose there.

Meaning and purpose are not same

and they have another name.

If they are both a duty,

does that have any beauty?

Beauty can sometimes be

sufficient purpose for me.
