The Devil Isn’t Guilty

Subconscious association

may be one source of poetry.

Our dreams export the creation

of verses imported by me.

Rhymes may be another source.

Most of mine do rhyme of course.

One rhyme begs for another

line which we can discover.

A wild imagination

is needed for creation

of an art of any kind,

coordinated by mind.

The devil made me do it

but the devil never knew it.
