Letting the Elf Come in

I like to think of myself

as having a cosmic view,

the impishness of an elf,

being philosophic too.

If someone else thinks of me

also thinks of ecstasy

they hit the nail on the head

for that is the life i’ve led.

I am constantly awestruck

by what seems to be good luck.

I am filled with gratitude

for an upbeat attitude.

My attitude seems to be

the source of my ecstasy.
