What Right to Choose

Does anyone need to obey

whatever i happen to say?

Only if it’s always good news.

That gives you the right to choose.

I can still say. “i told you so;”

because i still have rights, you know.

If i seem to be arrogant,

that seems to say that you can’t.

Since i am a careful writer,

i am also the decider.

What i say isn’t always true

but it is the right thing to do.

If i have the dominant voice,

does that mean you have no choice?
