Vertigo

Hypoglycemia may

make me feel dizzy today.

Equilibrium may not;

it’s vertigo i have got.

So, what does vertigo mean?

It’s somewhat like Halloween;

the state of mind you are in

when the world begins to spin.

It’s when the world around you

is spinning instead of you.

Hypoglycemia’s when

the spinning comes from within.

The world, itself, may be still.

You start to fall, and you will.
