My Favorite Toaster

The toaster i use for cheese toast

is the one i must clean the most.

The cheese drips down on the tray.

I use it every day.

I just don’t clean it that much

since it’s dangerous to touch.

I unplug it from the wall.

then i answer a phone call.

It’s hard to do anything

without hearing the phone ring.

After i get back to it

i’ve forgotten to do it.

What did i forget to do?

I don’t remember – do you?
