Where Freedom is Known

I wander free and alone

without even a cell phone.

The reason why i feel free;

no one tries to nag at me.

I try to love everyone;

camaraderie can be fun.

But, there are always a few

who seem to need to nag you.

In the bushes and the trees

i don’t find any of these.

At least, for a little while,

all of nature seems to smile.

So, without a telephone,

i can be free, but alone.
