What Do Dreams Mean?

Somewhere deep, in the middle of a dream

i was eating peanut butter ice cream.

I can still remember the nutty taste

but the rest of the dream has been erased.

What seemed most important at the time

was in making all the sentences rhyme.

But now, with an obstinate memory;

the peanut butter taste remembers me.

Most of my dreams are easily forgot

but the taste of peanut butter is not.

If this has a meaning, i do not care;

the taste of peanut butter is still there.

A peanut is only a little seed,

but the delicious taste is guaranteed.
