Spirituality and Religions

I have a warm inner glow of

happiness which i attempt to

radiate to my fellow creatures.

I believe this comes from my

complete acceptance of the tao;

the way and how of the cosmos.

I call this a self-controlled attitude

of appreciation.

However; this self-control is

influenced by a cosmic conscious-

ness which i choose to call the

conscience of God. This means

there is a great spirit of which

each of us may be a part. We are

free to choose our own definitions

for God and the cosmos.

I do not deny the religious

beliefs of others. I believe they

have great faith in the verity of

such sources as the bible and

traditional parables. I am happy

that they take great comfort from

religious rites and mutual worship

of their deities.

The fact that i prefer love to

worship does not imply that they

should do likewise. If their religions

can give them a similar inner glow

of happiness, i am happy for them.
