Mixtures – International

Mango, pineapple and peach

have the good flavor of each,

while mixing onions and pears

is wrong, but nobody cares.

Pouring vinegar on meat

gives us tastes which compete.

Quite often sweet & sour pork

is served; likely in New York.

But, Chinese cooks ignore it

Chinese do not care for it.

Where the French cooking prevails

they may mix chickens with snails.

Then, everybody snubs

the food served in English pubs.
