Mind and Matter

Is thought superior to

the brain in which it resides?

Thought decides what we will do

which the brain only abides.

Without this duality

the body has no spirit.

That is the reality

with no reason to fear it.

Finding what or who we are;

are we all searching too far?

The solution may appear

If we just see what is here.

Our self contains many parts

including both brains and hearts.
