The Bonds of Sanity

As i fall from true nonsense

the cosmos seems to catch me.

An enlightenment arrives;

Is that an epiphany?

Or, perhaps i am in a dream

i found on my way to sleep.

If things are as they might seem,

i make promises to keep.

I escape from sanity

like escaping from a crowd

by loving humanity

where such love is not allowed.

Laughter isn’t strange to me.

I live in eternity.
