The Purpose is Love

Is there any reason why

we were evolved just to die?

Why can’t eternity be

like love, a blind mystery?

But no. We very soon know

that we all must come and go.

Would life be a lot more fun

if we lived from sun to sun?

If we never knew death is due

until our mortal life is through;

would our ignorance be bliss

because we didn’t know this?

I don’t worry about it.

Death may come but i doubt it.
