Definitions to Live by

If my own self-consciousness

seems garbled and meaningless;

what does garbled mean to me?

Mixed up conspicuously.

I didn’t made up that word

and i am not a word nerd.

It’s in the dictionary

but it’s unnecessary.

The simple little word nerd

is the one all of us have heard;

and yet we can’t find it there

and nobody seems to care.

If made up but understood,

garbled words are often good.
