The sanity we won’t miss

It is not easy to accept

what is, is, and it has 2b

in this endless eternity.

Our evolution indicates

that everything is changing

and what’s behind us is gaining.

If the past catches up with us,

and the future slows down somehow

we will be living in the now.

In the meantime it’s apparent

there is something we call the tao

telling us why things are and how.

If we can learn to accept this

we will lose something we won’t miss.
