Serious Fun

A muse sneaks in behind

the imp which rules my mind.

Many ideas arrive

while imps are still alive.

I am only the host.

Which one matters the most?

I must favor the elf

who is my alter self.

After all is said and done

he is the happiest one.

The muse is too serious

and kinda mysterious.

So laugh at or with me.

See whatever you see.
