A Hymn to Eternity

(A message from the other side)

When the curtain comes down

and lights all over town

are dimmed because of death

you stop holding your breath.

What were you waiting for,

the lighthouse on the other shore?

Well, that light is out too

and nothing shines for you.

Is that how it will be

when you face eternity?

If you think so, you’re wrong.

Death plays another song.

Your spirit stays alive,

consciousness' survive.
