Conscience

This mysterious spirit

which sounds like the voice of God

directs our evolution

and expands eternity.

While nothing ever changes

to diminish good intent,

this small voice arranges

how temporal lives are spent.

What i am talking about

is a part of God no doubt.

This small but insistent voice

is firm and gives us no choice.

It looks over our shoulder

until this life is over.
