Love and Indifference

Are we all just side effects

which the Great Spirit selects

as part of everything

which is always evolving?

Are the stars able to think

and do they twinkle or blink?

Fireflies blink with a rhythm

and we are in time with’em.

Is the butterfly effect

something we learn to expect?

Can the current warming trend

be an enemy or friend?

Only the Great Spirit knows

and Its indifference grows.
