Why He Needs God

“What is in it for me?”

was his philosophy.

“A god doesn’t exist”

he would always insist.

Most of us wonder why

our bodies have to die.

There must be a reason

for the world which he’s on.

After he falls in love

which he is conscious of,

how can he help but know

the Great Spirit is so?

Then “what’s in it” for him

should not be a problem.
