Questionable Thoughts

I have a thought i can’t quite find.

What this means is what i forget;

like something i hold in my mind

which is not quite graspable yet.

Beyond my simple perception

are thoughts waiting my inspection.

After ample meditation

i may find an explanation,

The thing which is troubling me

is their originality.

Do i think these thoughts on my own

or do they arrive fully grown?

I cannot really understand

thoughts which are only second hand.
