It is Not Anthropomorphic*

Do we assume there is God?

Well, i do. Why is that odd?

It is only strange because

i am bound by its laws.

Being bound means i’m not free

to pursue my destiny,

and it makes me conscious of

my ultimate need for love.

That implies dependency

and demands humility.

So i wonder who God is

who can make me feel like this.

It, not who, i must conclude

has made love my attitude.
