Reiki

Cosmic life force or energy

is what is meant by reiki;

a physician understands

as the laying on of hands.

Reiki rhymes with maybe;

isn’t spoken much lately.

When the meaning is life force

it is spiritual of course.

I guess its purpose might be

to fuel eternity.

Some people think it is nice

as a channeling device.

Some other people are sure

it is only bull manure.
