The Creation Fable

Has the big bang replaced

the creation fable?

How can we know which story

is the best allegory?

How about eternity?

That one seems the best to me.

If the cosmos is a sphere,

how could it disappear?

All of these are just a guess

about cosmic consciousness.

Most of us never wonder

about lightning or thunder.

We accept what we observe

and that takes a lot of nerve.
