Wisdom for a Later Time

Simply said and not sublime

with more philosophy than rhyme

my friendly homilies say,

”Let’s make our lives good today.

My intentions, which are good,

may not please you as they should.

If i am hard to understand,

i still live in a magic land.

Where imagination rules

there are geniuses and fools.

Consider me one of these,

a little mouse who ate the cheese;

who doesn’t expect applause

because my poems have their flaws.

Nonette #2–Ollie Musterman

Combined orchestral power in

double quartet plus base.

Classic but contemporary,

a musical innovation.
