If I Was Misunderstood

A language moment is a breath of life,

transcending mortality, killing strife.

Words are the jeweled beads of a necklace

so use them with care instead of reckless.

Using our language with care and respect

isn’t always what we do or expect.

But the future of our literature

shouldn’t be nourished by bull manure.

Each one of us should be doing our part

in expressing emotions from our heart.

If i have erred, i now apologize.

criticisms are a word to the wise.

I hope my language is cleaner than yours,

perhaps with less exciting metaphors.
