Complexity Is Simple
The poetry which i like best
isn’t too easy to digest.
I must read it a time or two
b4 the real meaning comes thru.
Why do i write these corny rhymes
which are much too simple sometimes?
I will seldom write about sex
because the subject is complex.
I write about philosophy,
sometimes spirituality
which often keeps us in suspense
while waiting for some evidence.
That silly grinning on my face
means that i love the human race.
