Transcendent Communication
In all space, which is enormous
may live thinking creatures like us.
Perhaps they are higher evolved
having more of their problems solved.
Perhaps they are evolved even less
with a problem of loneliness.
If we could talk to each other,
who knows what we might discover?
I think there is no denying
that we ought to keep on trying.
Meanwhile we ought to really try
to communicate–you and i.
That way we may find out whether
we can better live together.
