The Guardian Angels
Am i the conscience of the gods,
the small voice in their inner ears?
With my questions acting like prods,
i am convinced that someone hears.
Well, i get answers when i pray;
which i can sometimes understand.
We can communicate this way,
but, what is it that i demand?
That their indifference might be
alleviated in my case;
That they be prejudiced for me
and biased for the human race..
Someone is looking after me
and perhaps all of humanity.
