of how the cosmos came to be
in the face of eternity.
But, all such parables depend
on things like beginning or end
whereas we know eternity
means “Has been and will always be.”
When the gods said “Let there be light”
the sun put the darkness to flight.
That is the way our world began
light years B4 the birth of man.
But now, there is this new bullshit
“The big bang was the cause of it.”
