Intelligence Without Education
The broad path to understanding
is sometimes very demanding.
A kind teacher may be desired;
a mentor i never acquired.
My excuse for stupidity
isn’t inferiority.
I am intelligent enough
but no one ever taught me stuff.
The chance for a mentor is small
for one who is a know-it-all.
Therefore, i never had a chance
despite having ants in my pants.
Beyond the event horizon
is what a smart-ass relies on.*
