the wood sprite is right
it is not me that’s different.
other people are not like me.
it’s more like i am innocent
like other people ought to be.
i’m full of wonder, like a child.
my heart is filled with good intent.
other people have been defiled;
while my morals are excellent.
movies i see and books i read
make it seem people are dirty.
i am a paragon, indeed
but perhaps a little wordy.
i guess i’m like a little elf
who thinks too much about himself.
