The Gob in a Mob
To belong with integrity?
A boatload of complexity.
Aye! Friendly shipmates we may be,
just as long as we are at sea.
But when it’s time to go ashore
we are not shipmates anymore.
It is easy to get along
if you’re willing 2 go along.
In order to join the crowd
where heretics are not allowed
integrity must be forsworn
and a white feather should be worn.
I ask what if have to give up
before we share a friendly cup.
