Eternity Means
Einstein didn’t really blunder
about no time; but i wonder
why he was willing to confess
eternity wasn’t endless.
I don’t think i am extra smart
but i know that time didn’t start
with some big galactic fart
which blew what wasn’t there apart.
The steady state he first surmised
was more true than he realized.
There is no beginning or end;
and as he said, light does bend.
There is cosmic intelligence
and sub-particle evidence.
