A Diminishing Pop
When nearby galaxies collide
there may be no place left to hide
and memories of the big bang
will become a forgotten thang.
Theories may pass in the night
as philosophers join the fight.
Meanwhile there is an intellect
which we will call God, i suspect.
Mathematical formulae
may then curl up their toes and die.
We who have doubted all along
won’t have to admit we were wrong.
The naive scientists will be
drowned in their own complexity.
