Consciousness*
Approaching spirituality
we can discuss what it might be.
As just a physical being
we miss most of human meaning.
Studying the mind or the brain
leads to complexity again.
Minds are more important by far
than the brain or body parts are.
We all have sensory perceptions
but our minds may form conceptions.
Such ideas may open the way
to cosmic consciousness some day.
To knowing each one is a part
of cosmos without end or start.
0f all the fables men may spout
the big bang will soon peter out.
