Or, So It Seems
Although the sun never rises;
our own earth is in an orbit.
Our illusions and surprises
are responsible for it.
Are our senses reliable
measurements of reality?
Or, are they even viable
predictions of our destiny?
I understand wonder and awe,
my intuition is intact.
I can accept natural law
and i love the sunrise in fact.
Whatever tends to excite me
is how things are supposed to be.
