No Offense Intended
I do not want to tempt others
with dirty words, to read my verse.
But, if such a word is needed,
my reticence is exceeded.
We all do what we have to do.
If any language offends you,
i’m only trying to convey
my thoughts to you in a blunt way.
If the real word i need is piss
i will not refuse to say this.
But sometimes i will hesitate
if i could have used urinate.
If i’m pissed off, what should i say,
“I am urinated today”?
